Working in the construction industry since 2005.

Paul started working in the construction industry as an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter in 2005. He then moved onto framing and finishing custom homes with Nevco Construction. Nevco was a small but highly skilled company. After 1 year at Nevco, in 2009, Paul began renovation contracting with his own clients. Paul took on many roles as a construction business owner; Estimator, Customer Service Rep., Accountant, Carpenter, Tiler, Drywaller, and as a Property Inspector.

Paul enrolled into the Architectural and Building Technology full time program at BCIT in 2012 with the goal of attaining an education that would give him the skills to work in the Construction Management field. After a successful 2 years at BCIT, he had the privilege of working for some of Canada's top general contractors: EllisDon, Aquilini Development & Construction, Spire Construction, and the Apcon Group.

Through the past 17 years, Paul has dealt with many issues related to residential home construction: soundproofing, structural issues, waterproofing deficiencies, electrical upgrades and replacement, plumbing upgrades and replacement, drafty homes, low insulation levels, etc. Having now viewed many houses, condos, and townhouses over the years, Paul can apply a broad and detailed-based method when inspecting your home”
