Single Family House Inspections
$450.00 per inspection for home up to 3000sqft of floor area. Please inquire for homes greater than 3000 sqft of floor area.
Townhouse Inspections
$400.00 per inspection for townhomes up to 2000 sqft of floor area.
Condo Inspections
$350.00 per inspection up to 1000 sqft of floor area.

About Paul
Working in the construction industry since 2005
Paul started working in the construction industry as an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter in
2005. He then moved onto framing and finishing custom homes with Nevco
Construction. Nevco was a small but highly skilled company. After 1 year at Nevco,
in 2009, Paul began renovation contracting with his own clients.
Paul took on many roles as a construction business owner; Estimator, Customer
Service Rep., Accountant, Carpenter, Tiler, Drywaller, and now as a Home Inspector.
